Dustin Bayne Rennie

Dustin Rennie is co-owner of RE/MAX The Bahamas and has been working with The RE/MAX team since 2016. Dustin began working with RE/MAX in Belize and works to develop and grow RE/MAX in The Bahamas with his experience in marketing, sales, and management.

Dustin has developed a real estate career in Canada, The Bahamas, and Belize. Dustin was born in Southern California, and moved to Canada at a young age living in Winnipeg, Manitoba and Calgary, Alberta. Dustin attended University in Calgary where he obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration with majors in marketing and international business. After his education Dustin began his career in the tech/start-up sector, working with application development, digital marketing, and blockchain.

In 2015, Dustin founded his first company; a digital marketing agency D+D MKTG. After digital marketing strategies for small to medium sized businesses Dustin founded a number of tech start ups including RealShare  a real estate backed blockchain company, BlockMD a Telehealth software and medical technology company, and BeMobile a mobile marketing company.

After working in the start-up sector Dustin took a roll as the Marketing & Communications Director at Mainstreet Equity (TSX: MEQ) a publicly traded Canadian real estate company. Dustin now works in The Bahamas as a member of the RE/MAX team, with connections to Nassau the fit to pursue opportunities in The Bahamas (one of the worlds most sought after destinations) seemed like a natural fit.

William Mitchell

Will Mitchell is co-owner of RE/MAX The Bahamas. Having worked in the Caribbean region most of his life, Will comes from a background in real estate and development. After relocating to Belize over a decade ago Will’s knowledge of the Caribbean is extensive. With Over 10 Years of Experience in Real Estate and workign with RE/MAX Will has established himself as one of the leaders in the region.

Will Mitchell is an experienced real estate investor and has worked in developing the Belize real estate market. Having visited the country throughout his life, he saw the budding opportunity in the Caribbean and moved there several years ago to begin building his portfolio.

A graduate of the University of Victoria in British Columbia, Canada, Will’s many years of real estate experience in in both Canada and Belize offer him a unique ability to recognize opportunities others miss.

Will has watched this incredible Caribbean market develop since its infancy and has since helped hundreds of investors find their perfect investment property. Will himself has/is also personally invested in numerous properties/developments in the Caribbean. Will Mitchell is also the published author of the book ‘The Investors Guide to Belize Real Estate’.
